Area Sales Surveyor
Ideally located East Midlands area
26,500 Basic plus car and benefits
Our client is the market leading provider of Bathroom, Showering, Kitchen and Daily Living products for people with mobility difficulties. They have a vast product range that they supply to councils and housing associations across the UK for use in social housing and provide a unique service which involves a professional surveyor carrying out a detailed inspection and specification process direct with the end user in the comfort of their own home.
THE ROLE
You will be attending pre arranged appointments that will allow you to survey and specify the correct products for the application. You will then produce product lists and detailed drawings for both kitchens and bathrooms and submit these to the Sales team for onward submission to the client. Your plans will be used by installation teams so accuracy is imperative.
You will also provide after sales support for customers by making occasional maintenance calls and dealing with customer service enquiries.
THE PERSON
You will have a background in plumbing and/or building and know how to facilitate the correct product application, specification and installation of kitchens and bathrooms. You will have knowledge of AUTO CADLT or PLANIT and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
You will be a good communicator at all levels, avoiding technical jargon, have good rapport building skills, be self motivated and manage your time well.
