Role
- To drive the new business effort for the three businesses with the aim of securing quality leads for the New Business Director and other senior individuals within the group.
- This will involve executing the agreed plan, supporting the cold calling effort and managing the new business administrator
Typical duties
- Develop and execute mailing programme
- Develop and execute emailing programme
- Manage and motivate cold calling resource
- Liaise with Agency business heads to agree target sectors and businesses
- Manage and develop creds materials for meeting
- Support in New Business Pitches
- Maintain and update reports
- Liaise with client services to develop case studies
- Manage administrator to maintain and develop info libraries (collateral, creative examples, case studies, sector experience)
- Support Agency PR push
- Liaison with prospective clients
- Management and development of Agency database (with administrator)
Candidate skill set
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Tenacious
- Good at multi tasking and prioritising workload
- Good level of Agency and marketing experience (eg would suit Snr Account manager and/or Marketing Manager)
- Accurate and attentive
- Good people management
- Hardworking, hands on individual
