The role of Reception/Customer Service Assistant will provide a professional and articulate service to internal and external customers and visitors of First.
This role will require greeting visitors, and resolving customer queries and complaints to a very high standard
This role will suit somebody who enjoys interaction both verbally and face to face with our customers and visitors to our site.
Successful candidates will need to have experience in:
• Dealing with members of the public
• Answering telephone calls and using a switchboard
• Providing written responses to customer queries and complaints
