Are you a dynamic Database Manager looking for a career move linked to active involvement in marketing campaigns? With a large database of existing customers the role here covers both operational business analysis and strategic direct mail activities. It includes the usual number crunching as well as more strategic database marketing with reviewing, forecasting, planning and directing of campaigns and decisions being a daily event!
Leading a team of two in ensuring data rich information is used in the best ways possible, your reports and recommendations to the board will ensure acquisition and retention of the customer base is continually achieved and exceeded alongside efficient and cost effective operational planning for service delivery.
Being a rounded and business focused position you will enjoy being part of a small senior management team who direct on-going pro-active direct mail sales activities and subsequent man-power planning in order to fulfill demands and achieve revenue objectives. Key Skills: Experience in Excel and SPSS or similar coupled with previous management experience would be ideal. Knowledge of CRM databases and an appreciation of direct mail.
