LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR PERFECT TEAM SUPERVISOR POSITIONWe have an existing opportunity available for an existing Team Supervisor to join a successful local company. The ideal candidate will be an existing supervisor/manager and come from a Financial Services background. Salary £26,000 to £30,000.

Job Role: Responsible for supervising a team of Pensions Administrators. The post holder will ensure that the team administer the pension schemes to the standards required by the company and any regulators by providing relevant coaching/training as necessary.

Responsibilities: Ensure service standards are met, train and coach members of staff to achieve business objectives, cascade and monitor departmental objectives with individual members of staff, train and coach members of staff to achieve business objectives, MIS completed and submitted to line manager on a weekly basis, Monitor the work carried out by team members completing the minimum of a 5% quality review per team member, carry out at least quarterly 1:1s and annual appraisals of team members, identify opportunities to improve team performance. Comply with the principles and rules of the Financial Services Authority.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications: IT literate, Microsoft Office, E-Mail, Leadership Skills, Product Knowledge - SSAS and SIPP pension schemes (Desirable), Organisational Skills, Time Management Skills, Communication Skills & Literacy Skills. Swift Manual (including workflow), Scheme Administration Manual, Compliance Manual, Data Protection Act, Anti Money Laundering Legislation, INVU & BOS system.

This Team Supervisor Position offers excellent benefits including a salary £26,000 to £30,000.
