Capita are seeking a Case Manager to enhance our clients standard of care within a youth offending team.

In the role as Case Manager you will be responsible for preparing reports for the Courts, Youth Offender Panels and to manage cases that are supervised by the Youth Offending Team. To undertake prevention and parenting work, some of which will
be in conjunction with other agencies.

To qualify for this role we are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a Youth Offending Team and
*To ensure that agreed plans are implemented in accordance with the Youth Offending Team policy and procedures and timetabled programmes are complied with.
*To undertake risk assessments and the management of risk issues in relation to harm, risk of offending and re-offending.
*To ensure children are protected from harm and children in need receive the help required. To liaise with the relevant personnel, taking account of both agencies' policy, procedure, guidance and resources available.
*To provide professional consultation to workers involved in support "packages".
*To provide reports and attend court as required and other related meetings.
