Capita are seeking a Qualified Social Worker for a role based within a Children's Disability Team to assist in enhancing our clients standard of care.
In the role as Socilal Worker you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families and for providing packages of support for those in greatest need. The workload consists of some longer term statutory work but the main focus is one of helping to maintain children in their families.
To qualify for this role we are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a Children's Disability Team who can;
*Assess priorities and write reports.
*Demonstrate good assessment skills.
*Apply a child centred approach whilst working in partnership with parents and other agencies.
