In the role as Social Worker you will aim to provide a range of services for physically disabled people living in the city. These include assessment of needs, aids and equipment to help with the tasks of daily living, funding to meet the cost of temporary adaptations to houses, provision of day service opportunities and supported accommodation.
To qualify for this role we are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing high standards of care along with
*Previous experience of working within an adults physical disability team
*Ability to manage caseloads and carry out assessments
*Encourage and develop a variety of services in response to what people need
