Full Description:

An immediate and permanent opportunity for candidates with previous Customer Service, or Sales Administration experience. The position is with a market leading manufacturer located in central Loughborough.

The role includes:

- Extensive communication with customer base to inform them of quotations and price amendments
- Order processing, utilising high levels of speed and accuracy
- Answering customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Assisting the sales team with a range of duties
- General data input and administration activities

The position would suit:

- Candidates with previous sales or customer service experience and having excellent communication skills
- Applicants with previous administration experience
- Candidates with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
