Job Description
Inspire Resourcing Ltd are delighted to be recruiting for an expanding IT company in the Nottinghamshire area. The roles are available to innovative Sales people that are willing to travel, are hungry for success, can bring new ideas to the table and have demonstrable business development skills.
Key points
€¢Develop and grow new business in an area/sector and identify and maintain key accounts for an area/sector to an agreed revenue and GP% target
€¢Identify opportunities for our clients full range of products and services, with a particular emphasis on our clients higher margin products.
€¢Develop and create a focused sales/marketing strategy for your area/sector, using appropriate sales tools such as Account Plans, Gap Analysis etc.
€¢Grow and maintain a targeted customer database on the CRM system to link in with subsequent marketing activities
€¢Build a sales pipeline through proactive sales techniques
€¢Maximise and promote contractual and framework agreements of which our client is a member
€¢Take a lead role in bidding opportunities, working with our clients bid team to submit carefully qualified opportunities.
€¢Represent our client at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
€¢Provide timely and accurate information relating to pipeline and forecast
€¢Develop a thorough knowledge of products (including third party products such as leasing, PowerManager, AV etc) and systems – you will be given help and training whilst you learn about our clients products and internal systems
€¢Place of Work : Nottingham – willingness to travel is essential
€¢Salary: £17 - 25K Basic (depending on experience)

Essential Requirements
€¢Proven track record of hitting targets – both revenue and GP%
€¢Experience of managing the full sales cycle, working to consistently high standards, and continually improving the sales process
€¢Must enjoy the challenge of achieving goals and be an experienced team worker
€¢Experience of using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and CRM systems
€¢Good presentation skills – both written and oral (including excellent telephone manner)
€¢Experience of selling both over the phone and face-to-face
€¢Ability to work unsupervised and achieve
