Job Description
This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic, dedicated and talented Senior Chef de Partie to take control of and run the kitchen of this small, food driven Gastro property. The position will allow you to work with only the finest produce.
Working as part of a team you should have excellent people management and communication skills. You will be confident to source and manage quality suppliers/produce when required. Improve the capabilities and contribution of kitchen staff
The ideal candidate will almost certainly have a Gastro Pub background, be passionate about creating and producing quality cuisine, and be highly self-motivated.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
