Job Description
This 10+ bedroomed 4* luxurious establishment, set in 38 acres of picturesque south Leicestershire rolling countryside requires a Commis Pastry.
The hotel has two busy restaurants serving only the finest local produce around, and is proud of achieving the 2 AA rosettes currently held at this establishment. The Head chef sources only the finest fresh ingredients and is famed for big flavours and imaginative combinations. The inventive cuisine draws dinners from across the east midlands. The hotel also caters for private dining with 3 rooms available, and can cater for weddings up to 130.
Your duties will include:
Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef
Informing senior chefs of ordering requirements
Up keeping the high standards that are already in place

Qualifications/Experience required:
Previous experience in an establishment that was accredited with Rosettes or was Michelin listed. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. It is also necessary that all applicants have a stable CV with excellent references
