Job Description
This star accredited hotel is very popular with business and leisure guests. It is also one of the areas most highly regarded wedding venues and also boasts an award winning restaurant. The hotel has conference and banqueting facilities and caters for up to 200 covers.
They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their committed brigade. Working under the Head chef/Sous chef you will be able to produce good quality fresh food to an AA rosette standard. Previous experience in a similar position is required.
All applicants must have a real passion for food and a desire to be part of a successful brigade.
Previous Chef de Partie experience in other quality establishments is desired. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
