Fabulous opportunity - Demi Chef de Partie - £13-14K - Leicestershire 4 star property in Leicestershire requires a experienced Demi Chef de Partie. The hotel has two busy restaurants serving only the finest local produce around, and is proud of achieving the rosettes currently held at this establishment. The Head chef sources only the finest fresh ingredients and is famed for big flavours and imaginative combinations. The inventive cuisine draws dinners from across the east midlands. The hotel also caters for private dining with 3 rooms available, and can cater for weddings up to 130. This would be a great career move for a Commis Chef ready to step up a level.

Your duties will include: Reporting to the Head Chef Informing senior chefs of ordering requirements Carrying out stock checks Ensuring the correct standards are in place and if not, to redirect and control. Training of the junior chefs Up keeping the high standards that are already in place Benefits include Competitive Salary Excellent opportunities for career development Small, stable team Qualifications/Experience required Previous experience in an establishment that was accredited with Rosettes or was Michelin listed. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have strong leadership skills.
