Experienced Senior Chef de Partie wanted for beautiful luxury hotel!

This beautiful Hotel and Health Spa in stunning Leicestershire is looking for experienced Senior Chef de Partie to take a key role in the Kitchen Brigade. This team of twenty chefs caters for both buffet and A La Carte services at AA Rosette standard.

The Duties of Senior Chef de Partie will include: * Maintaining the establishments high standards * Working as part of a team * Leading members of the brigade * Working on all sections as required, focussing on Sauce * Leading a section of the Kitchen as required

The working pattern for this position will be a combination of shifts. Senior Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Executive Chef.

Candidates for this position must be eager and willing to learn. Experience in top-quality restaurants at Chef de Partie level is essential for this position, as is a sound experience of rosette level establishments.
