Job Description
A dedicate Chef de Partie is required for this contemporary dining experience in Leicestershire.
The 45 cover Fine Dine restaurant offers a contemporary cuisine using the freshest local produce and banqueting for up to 100 guests.
The restaurant is currently under going refurbishment and at the start of summer a small boutique hotel will be opening with over 10 stylish bedrooms.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Fine Dine restaurants and be looking to progress in your career.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
