Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef who wants to gain experience in a prestigious establishment. You will be expected to work within this exceptional brigade and assist in sustaining the fantastic accreditations achieved by this hotel. This country house hotel has an exceptional reputation; this is a rare and unique opportunity that will provide good career prospects to the right person.
Set in acres of beautiful countryside this establishment prides themselves on quality fresh food within all outlets of the hotel.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must come from a 3 AA rosette and/or Michelin background. You should be a highly motivated individual that sets themselves high standards. With a first-rate CV, you should be able to prove that you have commitment, passion and be able to provide excellent references.
All candidates must possess NVQ level 1 and 2, with at least 2 years good experience in the industry. Basic food hygiene certificate is essential
