This outstanding 4 Star 2 AA Rosette property is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join their dedicated brigade, working in the Sauce section

Set in an outstandingly scenic area this hotel is extremely popular with both corporate and leisure guests. Attracted by modern conference and banqueting suites, and restaurants with imaginative and exquisite menus the establishment is busy throughout the year. This elegant hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie with a strong background having worked in accredited establishments, this is a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual wanting to progress. You will be expected to consistently maintain the high standards expected by this splendid hotel. You will be working as part of an established brigade and therefore must be an excellent team player. The successful candidate will have experience in all sections of the kitchen and be especially strong on sauce. Applicants should be standards driven with a passion for food. Benefits include:
