Job Description
This secluded , luxury red star hotel set in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside, requires a Pastry Chef De Partie .
Steeped in history, this spectacular hotel boasts individually designed bedrooms, a leisure club and an array of activities. The hotel is one of Leicestershire\'s premier wedding venues and can cater up to 200 covers. The restaurant boasts 2 AA rosettes and is looking to gain its third. Along with the restaurant the hotel boasts a brasserie, golf pavilion and café bar.
This is an opportunity that really shouldn \'t be missed by any ambitious Pastry Chef de Partie. All candidates must have 3 AA rosette backgrounds. Sourcing all their fresh produce from local suppliers within a close radius the quality of the menu is exceptional, ideally then applicants will have previously worked with fresh produce. To join the brigade you should be friendly, a team player, talented and above all passionate about food.
