Job Description
Chef de Partie required for a popular gastro pub located in Leicestershire.
This is a quality gastro pub, set in a stunning location in the heart of Rutland . This beautiful thatched gastro pub has a busy lunch and dinner time trade. Live-in is a possibility with this placement.
Applicants to this position should be hard working and dedicated to their job. Serving both restaurant meals and less formal bar meals you must be used to working with quality produce, catering for high covers and working well as part of a team.
Reporting to the Head Chef.

Qualifications/Experience required:
Applicants must be experienced in fast moving, quality restaurants, be experienced in cooking to volume. Applicants should have NVQ 1 and 2 and a Food Hygiene Certificate.ents of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
