Stunning hotel located in the heart of Leicestershire would like to employ an experienced Chef de Partie .
This 2 rosette awarded, 4 star establishment, located in the countryside is within easy reach of major road links. They require an accomplished Chef de Partie to join their brigade. The hotel\'s award winning restaurant has a mouth watering menu that changes regularly in order to take full advantage of local seasonal produce. The hotel is a popular wedding venue with can cater up to 300 covers; this beautiful hotel is popular with a wide range of cliental, all taking advantage of the fine cuisine available.
Assisting the Senior Chefs, you will be working within all sections of the kitchen, it is therefore essential that all candidate are extremely competent individuals with excellent all round knowledge.

The person to suit must be experienced in fresh produce to at least a 2 Rosette standard, must have experience at Chef de Partie level. Should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a hygiene certificate is essential.
