Senior Consultant/Manager - Technical/Engineering - Leicester

Up to £28k Basic Fantastic uncapped bonus scheme Car allowance (dep. on experience) Annual profit share scheme   24 days holiday + stats Company * A highly profitable leading independent recruitment business who have experienced year on year growth over the last 3 years. * Specialist across a range of vertical markets; offering Permanent, Temp & Contract recruitment solutions across the UK Position * Full 360 recruitment role specialising in placing disciplines at all levels across varied Engineering sectors, blue & white collar, including but not limited to Manufacturing (Food/Non Food), Power & Process, Utilities, etc…. * Looking for the successful candidate to grow the business and develop your desk by securing new business, whilst ensuring existing client's are well serviced * Due to continued company growth and increased market share, my client have created a new role that will offer in the future a more senior role - one of the Directors will move away from the front line, and it is foreseen that career progression in to his role as Divisional Head will be supported and rewarded. 

Requirement * Ideally a minimum 18-24 months recruitment experience Perm/Temps/Contracts within Technical/Engineering recruitment * You will be articulate, enthusiastic and able to sell at all levels * A self starter with the desire to progress your career, demonstrate good sales and be a consistent biller * An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team * React in a targeted environment
