Our client is one of the leading financial service companies in the UK. They are looking to add to their already successful SME Account Management team here in Leicester.
The right candidate for this role will be the main point of contact for client’s day to day requirements. You will be dealing with MTA, renewals escalating to the Account Broker where necessary. You will be expected to negotiate the best and most suitable terms with the insurers and clients, ensure all advice /operations remain compliant, perform client credit control and ensure bills are paid within the terms set.
Key Skills required-
Excellent working knowledge of general insurance takes decisions about cover, step, clients and claims.
Communication skills both written and verbal.
IT skills required: excellent working knowledge of ; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
