| An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM System Manager to work with a leading company in Leicester on a fixed term contract for 18 months, salary c£25K.Job Role: To develop and maintain the UK's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).Responsibilities: Manage a team of database assistants, liaise at all levels of the business, deliver training and support to all users, identify and execute data improvement projects, maintain standards of data entry and ensure the planned software upgrade of the CRM System is introduced smoothly in relation to system users and team members.Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications: Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a CRM Manager within a business to business environment, supporting a wide diversification of marketing activities. Proven understanding of data protection and email legislation in the B2B environment is essential. Excellent attention to detail, communication and analytical skills together with marketing acumen and awareness of the sales process. Experience of Business Objects would be an advantage. | |
