| Full & Part-time Customer Service Advisers £15,772 - £16,356 pro rata & benefits * Leicester From a broken-down boiler to a perforated pipe, a faulty fuse box to a defective dishwasher, it’s distressing when things go wrong in the home. But fortunately, as the largest domestic maintenance and repair service of its kind in the UK, we’re here to resolve the problem expertly and efficiently. Around 3 million customer calls come through to each of our call centres each year, which is why we need more people to join us. You’ll take ownership of your calls, talking the customer through a simple procedure to try to remedy the problem or arranging for an engineer to visit their home, while selling any additional cover the customer needs. Don’t worry if domestic appliances aren’t your strong point as our comprehensive training is designed to turn you into an expert. These are critical roles within an environment where everyone goes the extra mile. To make one of them yours, ideally you’ll have previous customer service experience, however more important will be your desire and ability to empathise with customers’ concerns and think on your feet to put things right.
