    Three fantastic roles have arisen for a well established pensions company in the city centre of Leicester.

    The company offers many benefits such as fantastic pay rates, pensions and 23 days holiday.

    You would be responsible for providing an excellent administration service to a portfolio of schemes. This covers the delivery of technical information as required by the company and regulation in an easy to understand manner. To assist less experienced colleagues in all aspects of pensions.


    The main duties of the role are:

    ·Dealing with clients, IFAs, banks, investment companies, solicitors etc. by telephone, e-mail and letter in a courteous and professional manner.
    ·Providing annual scheme reviews and valuations.
    ·Providing all administration duties in line with company requirements and relevant legislation – e.g.
    - Purchasing commercial property with mortgages and coordinating the transactions with all the relevant parties
    - Purchasing unlisted shares
    - Processing loanback applications and coordinating security requirements with all relevant parties
    - Dealing with contributions and transfers in to the scheme
    ·Monitoring bank balances to ensure sufficient funds are held to cover payments – e.g. pensions, mortgages etc…
    ·Monitoring bank balances to ensure expected account credits are received – e.g. contributions, rent, interest etc…
    ·Invoicing clients in accordance with company Fee Schedules.
    ·Completing Annual and specific Event Reports to HMRC.
    ·Completing investments in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
    ·Scheme data inputting (Swift) and maintaining computer records.
    ·Following departmental procedures.
