Duties include: *Generating leads via canvassing *Chasing Leads and closing sales *Attending viewings *Negotiating sales of properties *Working very closely with the branch manager and learning about all the aspects of the company *Valuing properties when required *Delivering excellent customer service *Target driven, money motivated and keen to progress your career The successful candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, an eye for opportunities and the ability to work within a team and on their own initiative. A full driving licence and an interest in property is a must. Duties will include booking and conducting viewings, registering applicants, providing customer care and basic admin duties.
