The post of the telephone researchers is to provide data to drive service improvements through conducting structured telephone interviews with named members of the public and accurately recording the responses in a suitable format.To conduct telephone interview with the named members of the public following a fixed survey.To maintain a professional and courteous attitude and be able to probe for answers where the information given is unclear.
