Our client has been established for over 40 years and are one of the market leaders in the Engineering field
They are looking for a strong administrator from ideally a electrical, industrial or engineering background to train on the technical aspects of the product of spray booths, with strong I.T skills and an effective communicator
The person would be required to 'field' customer calls in the after sales department, dealing with customers technical queries and general questions, liaising with subcontractors, our own engineers, suppliers and departments within the company, provide support to internal and external sales, to interface with our new database system, produced orders for suppliers, produce quotes for preventative maintenance visits.
The product is spray booths, that the company install all over the UK. Full training will be given, including on site product training.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 0800 - 5pm and Friday 0800 - 1pm
