Our client is a highly established IFA, based in Leicestershire. They are well known for their client relationships and high standards of work and due to continued business success are now seeking an Investment Administrator to join the team.
The duties involved include:
- Processing investment sales/purchases ensuring 1st database and clients are kept up to date and seeing transactions through to completion
- Processing changes within trusts and re-assigning investments
- Dealing with ad-hoc queries from advisers and clients
- Processing and seeing through to completion the re-registration of PEP/ISA and investments to fund platforms.
- Reconciling client valuations
- Preparing figures for production meetings
- Providing advisers with fortnightly client progress updates
- Checking the quarterly valuations before they are issued and dealing with client queries
- Ensuring 1st database is accurate and up to date
- Dealing with commission queries
- Ensuring id verification evidence is up to date and updating details on 1st database
Skills needed are:
A minimum of 5 GCSE's with a grade C or above in English and Maths
Either FPC1 qualified or the Equivalent CF1
Experience with excel, word, internet/email (1st database preferable)
