This large head office based in Wigston operates internationally, they need an individual to really support them on their buying for an ever expanding department. From the very start you will enjoy building up relationships with your suppliers in order to negotiate prices and achieve the best possible deals. You need to monitor stock levels so nothing runs out and you also need to make sure the stock rooms are not over filled with unnecessary unused items. With your analytical eye for detail you will take the initiative to negotiate rebates on returns and exchanges.
A confident telephone manner is needed in this role where your communication skills are key to getting the desired results. You should be commercially switched on with a head for business and longing to build your career with an impressive organisation that is well known with a strong reputation as a good employer.
