Our well established client is currently looking for a Call Centre Co-ordinator to join their busy team.
Duties will include co-ordinating a team of around 4-5 Customer Service Advisors, prioritising their workload and providing the right resources to deal with all customer needs.
You will need to be confident, able to multi-task and most of all work as a team. Ideally you will have call centre experience. However if you have experience managing a team in another environment your application will be considered,
