| Role : Senior / Lead / Principal Mechanical Engineer Location : Doncaster area of South Yorkshire Salary : £35-45,000 according to qualifications and experience Background required :- 1. Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent eg HND plus comprehensive post qualification experience) 2. Capable of producing CAD drawings - 2d essential, 3d preferred 3. Able to undertake engineering calculations eg FEA, stress, CFD, heat transfer etc 4. Excellent problem solving capabilities and able to "think out of the box" or innovatively 5. Excellent interpersonal skills allowing the interaction with customers and potential customers at a highly technical level 6. Experience of man management beneficial as is experience of acting as a mentor to others 7. Creative thinker 8. Focused on attention to detail This position is to work with a leading, expanding organisation which offers a first class working environment. Salary is negotiable according to experience but is likely to be in the range of £35-45,000 (target is £40,000).
