My Client a leasing bank is looking for 10 Telephone Service Advisor to work in their Leicester office based in City Centre.
Your duties will include:
· Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers
· Take personal responsibility for resolving customer
· Queries
· Deciding on the best course of action for customer finances
· Ensuring you maximise cross-selling opportunities
· Communicating clearly to colleagues in processing
· Updating customer accounts and systems of any changes
· Working towards targets and deadlines
Requirements
· Must be able to pass a credit search (No ccjs, defaults or bankruptcy)
· Must be able to provide references for last 3 years (no disciplinary or dismals)
· Must have customer and sales experience
