A truly ambitious and extremely capable Marketing Manager with a strength and passion for category management is invited to join the UK division of a European marketing team. This opportunity will see you overseeing a small team of your own as you control the mix of products and influence the brand messages that drive sales results. Your ability to define the right range and your talent at influencing what sells in the intensely competitive world of consumer brands is undoubtedly your forte.
Analysing category performance and defining strategy that delivers a truly compelling shopping experience is your challenge as you work closely with the global brand teams to ensure corporate goals are achieved. Involved in new product development and range rationalisation is an integral part of your role as is cross functional multi business relationships with the likes of creative, planning and financials. Your team of 2-3 are there to support, implement and deliver the plans so previous experience of delegating work and overseeing a small team is a definite bonus here.
