Are you highly analytical and numerical and looking to demonstrate your abilities to plan and co-ordinate reward, recognition and incentive programmes for a substantial field sales department? If so this 12 month contract will give you the chance to demonstrate your skills in this area immediately.
The usual post holder has been seconded into a different area of the business so initially this position is available for a 12 month contract just long enough to make your mark and prove that you may well be indispensable! Leading a team you will create and develop incentive and bonus programmes for the huge team of field sales representatives our client has based all over the UK. Presenting your concepts to the board, once your programmes have been agreed you will manage and implement dealing with all key departments involved to put into place. From conception to implementation you will relish in making sure your programmes get the best from the teams and incentivise them in the most productive ways possible using your £2 million plus budget to ultimately increase activity and impact on the bottom line.
In order to fill such a key role in the organisation you will be used to reporting at board level both on your concepts and ideas through to results analysis. Your exemplary management skills along side your strong analytical and numerical abilities will be stretched. If you also have experience of managing budgets and reviewing return on investment this would be a distinct advantage.
