Do you have an unblemished sales career within the medical and pharmaceutical industry and enjoy motivating and coaching a field based sales team of professionals? If so this role will use all of your skills covering this hugely successful South Western region forming part of a 100+ national UK sales force.
Motivating, coaching and inspiring your team of 8 field representatives will ensure your region continues to be the great success it has been in selling a range of medical products into both primary and secondary healthcare. You will demonstrate your leadership skills in directing your team and steering them in the right direction in the fast paced healthcare market place. Your solid track record of selling directly and also through others will ensure the end result is always on track.
