This modern firm offer hi-tech solutions to help their customers to maximise productivity and profitability. With specialist divisions covering Consumables and Solution Sales they also offer support and service for a number of high street brands.
Due to on-going expansion they seek a Customer Account Manager to develop business and set up appointments for the Sales Manager, working closely with customer service, sales and service teams to ensure customers receive a prompt and efficient service.
Applicants will ideally enjoy customer contact within a telephone based role, with the ability to manage small projects and campaigns and use their initiative to research potential customers. They will also need to be able to work to targets with the ability to spot a potential sale.
