Urgently required for a well established financial organisation based in Narborough. Are you passionate about customer service? Do you have fantastic listening skills and enjoy speaking to people? If so, then we are looking for up to 30 people to work for a leading bank within their busy and fast paced call centre.
Working within the Savings, Customer service or Mortgage Retention department, you will be dealing with existing customer queries as well as identifying leads for a potential sale.
You will be required to deliver excellent customer service as well as build rapport with customers to ensure they are happy with their service.
The Ideal candidate will be:
• An excellent listener
• Confident on the telephone and be able to identify a sale
• Able to stay calm and able to build a relationship with customers
• Experienced within either sales or 1st class customer service
• At least 12 moths call centre experience
This is a targeted role where you will be targeted on call times, quality and lead generation. You will be rewarded with ongoing incentives, an excellent salary and a renumeration package suited to you.
Salary will range from £12,500 - £18,500
You will be required to work 35 hours a week and 1 Saturday in 3
You will also be provided with on site parking
Training is provided on all services and products
