Our client are currently looking for experienced customer service candidates who have worked in a collections environment previously.
You will be making outbound calls to customers whose accounts has lapsed and attempting to take some form of payment. The role will suit a self starter who enjoys working a challenging environment, you will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure and to be firm where necessary. You will work with the customers and exercise discretion where possible.
you will be rewarded for you hard work and the £14,000 salary is complemented by the ability to earn fantastic bonus'.
