Facilities Manager
(6 Months Role Initially - this could then lead to a further 6 Months and a Permanent position)
Salary Circa of £24,000
This would be in a Maintenance Supervisory / Managerial role responsible for a number of Staff and an Extensive number of Specialist Sub Contractors.
You will need to be either Mechanical or Electrical Bias - Apprentice trained.
The role will be suited to a candidate that has knowledge of Maintenance procedures with the following; Catering Equipment - Laundry Equipment - Preventative Maintenance. Plumbing - Welding. Health and Safety.
The role will be running the Maintenance department - Co-ordinating staff - Attending meetings -Keeping paperwork up to date.
The role is all so endless in what could be asked of you - From changing a light bulb - to the assistance of PPM with the equipment.
This role is unique in what it offers and is definitely an all rounder, and will take a strong character who has experience with management.
