Based at their large headquarters near to Loughborough, this role is all about using your excellent Customer Services skills to manage key accounts for your German speaking customers! Dealing with requests from start to finish will certainly keep you busy as you take responsibility for handling incoming calls, providing quotes, processing orders and organising shipping and export of products to their sites within Europe.
You will enjoy liaising with sales and marketing teams on specific customer enquiries, ensuring you doing everything you can to get the products that your customer wants to them quickly and efficiently. Keeping your ear to the ground and reporting any potential sales leads to the team will also add further dimensions to you role!
Fluent German language skills are a must for this position as is previous Customer Service experience including a professional telephone manner and the ability to manage high volumes of incoming requests.
