Role: Property Sales Consulant
Salary: £18k basic uncapped earning OTE 50-150k Year 1
Location: Leicester City Centre
Sector: Overseas Investment Property
The Opportunity
My client is a major player in the overseas property market, with high profile constructions in Dubai and the Middle East. My client operates in 6 countries with over 10,000 customers worldwide.
The Role
To develop a network of agents
Sales of overseas properties
Communication with clients at senior level
Managing own workload
Working to set targets
Working in both a corporate and consumer markets
The Person
Excellent opportunity
The ability to close property sales
An existing network of clients and contacts that would invest in overseas property or you will know where to gain these high level leads
A back ground in business development and telephone sales
A strong and effective influencer
The desire to earn high incomes
An understanding of the overseas property market is desirable but not essential
Ability to work on own initiative
Top earner can earn anything in the region of 400-600k
