A very successful global organisation is looking for an Associate Marketing Support Manager to join their UK Marketing team to play a key part in forming a link between their Marketing and Sales Teams. Your focus will be in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that motivate the sales force to sell and their customers to buy more. Coming up with new and fresh ideas for competitions, special offers and promotional events will keep you on your toes as you drive on-going activities within allocated budgets.
Building incentive strategies, briefing the Sales Team, planning marketing campaigns and analysing results are all part of the day to day activities in this diverse position. If you have a background in Sales and/or Marketing and understand the use of competitions, promotions and incentives, this is a first class opportunity to join a dynamic company in an exciting role where you can think outside the box, create ideas that work and enjoy seeing a direct impact on the bottom line.
Key Skills - Previous experience within a Marketing or Sales role that has involved co-ordination or managing of competitions, promotions and incentives is a must. An understanding of what will motive sales people to sell and customers to buy is desirable, as is a Marketing qualification.
